Ky combines decades of legal experience with being a small business owner and real estate investor in her law practice, helping you to craft a plan that achieves your goals.
Most importantly, Ky is the proud mom of Tobin, her son, and Ellie, her golden retriever. When she’s not working, she enjoys mountain biking and kayaking.

Katie is the backbone of our office, serving our clients with a compassionate and friendly demeanor, putting our clients at ease. Katie excels in offering the best customer service with kindness and efficiency, welcoming our clients into the Delaney Law family.
Her wide range of experience in business and event management has helped grow her love for helping others, as well her ability to plan extensively and pivot when needed.
After many exciting relocations across the US, Katie is delighted to call Brevard her home where she enjoys the arts and the outdoors with her children, Emma and Wyatt.
